Covid 19, Lockdown and Furlough

So I have been procrastinating on this blog for long time letting it linger instead of using as a tool as an outlet through lockdown and ultimately the furlough process with work.

Ultimately lockdown and furlough have made me firstly not want to go anywhere or do much else than stay in and play games on the computer, which at first playing computer games was a way of keeping up my or indeed improving my reflexes, fine finger movement and getting away from thinking about Covid 19 matters and furlough.

But admittedly it became something to do in way of not going anywhere and therefore the whole period of pandemic has caused me to make my own conditions slightly worse in my fatigue especially but also my health at fitness.

I expect I am not alone in this, especially the pandemic and the continuous media stories. When this first kicked of I was venturing out for walks for exercise and up to local shops for the necessities, but now the the insensibility of people in media articles is growing it makes not want to go out unless necessary.

The media cannot entirely be blamed, they are just trying to report on event happening as usual but some of it is just scare mongering through the insensibility of people in the media.
